Is tracking available for my order?

For US orders: All orders are sent with tracking through USPS.

What if I haven't received my order within the estimated time?

We recommend waiting a few extra days if the items are being shipped outside Canada, since processing times can take a little longer at customs. For all countries other than US, please note that if the package has been lost in the mail, we cannot recover it since it is sent through regular mail. We are not held responsible for lost packages. If you prefer to track your order, please see the shipping upgrades at checkout. Please message us if you have not received your order and we will try to work something out with you. 


Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept order cancellations. 

 

Do you have any coupon codes?

Can I return or exchange items?

Due to the nature of our products, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us.
